What types of vehicles do you work on?
All of them. Sedans, trucks, SUVs, vans, electric vehicles, hybrids, older and classic models, and dealership inventory. If it has auto glass, we can repair or replace it — front windshield, side windows, or rear glass.
Do you accept insurance?
No — and we're upfront about it. We're a direct-pay shop: you get one honest quote and pay us directly by card, cash, or our secure online checkout. No claims paperwork, no waiting on adjusters, no surprises on your premium.
What does your warranty cover?
Our warranty covers our labor: if your new glass develops an air leak or a water leak from our installation, we come back and make it right. It does not cover new damage to the glass itself, such as a fresh rock chip after the job.
Do you really come to me?
Yes — that's the whole business. Our van carries the glass, tools, and adhesives for the job. Driveway, office parking lot, or roadside, anywhere in our Houston and Bay Area service zone.
How long does a replacement take?
Most windshield replacements take about an hour on-site. We'll tell you exactly how long the adhesive needs to cure before the vehicle is safe to drive.
